Return Policy

Return Eligibility You may apply for return within 30 days after receiving your goods. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories intact. Damages caused by improper use, dropping, water immersion or unauthorized disassembly are not covered for return.

Return Process Please contact our customer service first before returning goods. We will provide you with a return authorization. Do not send items back without prior confirmation. 

Refund Timeline Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued within 3–7 business days to your original payment account. Refund arrival time depends on your payment provider. The original shipping cost at checkout is non-refundable.

Exceptions Custom-tuned products are non-returnable. We reserve the right to refuse returns if goods arrive damaged, incomplete or show obvious signs of use.
